I don’t know, I would think that in the interviews if the potential OC has assurances that they’re going to take Caleb Williams number one it would be pretty enticing to get the brand new, shiny toy and design an offense around regardless of who the head coach will be .

I actually agree with this. I was making this point in the Top Secret Facebook group. You could be a head coach candidate in a year if you can get the #1 pick to play well. I suspect Eberflus will go with an OC that's been around for a while. Possibly, his former boss.

It has to be Frank Reich. He is a bad head coach but a good coordinator which makes him similar to Eberflus except Eberflus isn't a good coordinator either.
