His background looks pretty good but he was a 4-3 defense guy. I'm not sure if that really matters in today's NFL but it could affect who they choose to keep going into next season.

seems to support the fact that this was Poles decision completely.

I highly doubt this was Polian or George dictating stuff. That would clearly seem to have been Caldwell if they were going to do that

This was the worst hire of the 3. The most important thing is to save Justin Fields. Quinn had connections to good coordinators and Caldwell, even though old and "meh" knows how to develop quarterbacks. Fields will be officially ruined now. Fucking Bears.
