Let's not even joke about Brisker. That guy looks like an immediate impact player. He appears to have a terrific combination of instincts, athleticism and ferocity.

They will change the rules and he will be an All Pro even after he retires, like they should have done with Ditka.

Chet has given the most realistic appraisal of the situation so far.

#17 Ken Mastrole

I remember this game vividly

On the 53 man roster. Stop 2, multiple pro-bowls, stop 3, Hall of Fame.

The big tackle I saw was near the end of the game where a Bear almost decapitated the Patriots returner. I don't think that was Sanborn, though.

Maybe there was more than one. I did not see anything specific, but Bernsie and LoHo were talking about Sanborns big ST tackle this week. They were both salivating over it.

The one at the end of the game was absolutely massive and one of the best ST hits I've seen in some time.

Dolphin, what point in the game did the hit you referenced come?

It was in the second half and might have been a kickoff. He's credited with a tackle in the box score but I don't know the time.
