It was interesting to hear him continue to talk himself into drafting Caleb Williams while listing a lot of red flags. He holds the ball for a long time, he's not as tall as you would like, he plays hero ball, he's not as big as Fields, there were some body language problems, and there may be character issues when it comes to his relationship with his teammates. If you're getting all of these things from a distance, how can you love this kid so much?

He said he thinks Eberflus is coming back since it has been this long and he was in all those exit interviews.

He said he thinks they need to take a QB with the 1.

He thinks Eberflus struggles in game stuff and he would move on from him.

Then just a lot of draft process questions. He said they would use a private firm to investigate guys who would go in first round on top of all their internal investigations as well.

Maybe it's just because I'm a Bears fan, but most NFL coaches seem to struggle with "in-game" stuff. That's not a unique feature of Eberflus.

I've seen a whole lot of NFL coaches not named "Eberflus" butcher those responsibilities.

How do our Packer folks feel about Matt Le Fleur in game decisions? I'm pretty sure there was plenty of criticism of Mike McCarthy in that regard. Lovie Smith was a great motivator of NFL football players and has a very good W/L record as head coach. I recall his "in-game" decisions being suspect.
