The same Lincoln Riley that lets teams get back into games because he is too dumb to run the ball and bleed the clock?

The dude that was so thoroughly outcoached in the bowl game last year that he actually lost to a team whose entire football budget was way less than he makes each year?

That guy, the guy that treats defense as a time for him to take a break to get juice boxes and orange slices?

The problem with the NFL is that you cannot go out and buy all the top 18 year old kids in the country and pay other 20 year old kids to transfer in to your program and fill the gaps, you have to actually be able to coach and outsmart the other coaches, and in that scenario it would be unfair because in that battle of wits all the other coaches, other than Eberflus, would be fighting an unarmed man.

Harbaugh is highly unlikely, but at least he's done it at the NFL level and will bring in a solid coaching staff, he also would likely want his guy at GM, so it is hard to see the McKaskey family pulling the trigger on a scenario where a strong HC and GM are holding George and the players accountable.

Caleb Williams isn't staying in college if the Bears get the first pick.

Coach Prime is a smart dude, he has quickly realized that he needs to start recruiting defensive and offensive lineman is he wants to compete, imagine what an SEC defense would do to his poor kid, he would be carted off before halftime if they played a top level SEC defense.

Caleb Williams plays with a swagger and confidence that you rarely see from a Bears QB, he has the ability to move up in the pocket and throw guys open which should serve him well at the next level.

Saw one article that had the Bears lucking into Wiliams and #1 and the Penn State LT with the second first round pick, that would be a dream scenario, but we will likely end up with Bo Nix or Maye.
