It's ironic that all the Scoreheads, including Bernstein, Larry and the afternoon crew, all mocked Tyson yesterday, even though he actually did good in the game, apart from the final interception.

Off the bench he brought the team back from two touchdowns down and nearly won the game. You saw the intensity of the team pick up on both sides of the ball when Tyson was in there. The fans were on their feet cheering.

Just because the talking heads are so negative on Tyson means he destined to be the next great Chicago Bears QB or at least better than the QBs we've had since Cutler. The Scoreheads are always contrary indicators.

He wasn't good in the game. 2/5 drives ended in turnovers by him. Another drive went for -2 yards.

The touchdown drive was awesome though. He showed promise.

I'm using Tomczak because he was undrafted. Harbaugh was a first rounder. Drafting him was a declaration of war against the starter.

Maryland already had Tua's brother at QB, so doubt Bagent had any shot at getting starter reps there.

West Virginia needed a QB but ended up going with itinerant career college QB JT Daniels, who transferred into WVU from Georgia that summer--has since moved on to Rice for his final of eligibility. Dude has been in college since 2018, USC/Georgia/WVU/Rice. Bagent might've been able to out-compete Daniels, seems like Daniels is easy to beat out for the starter's job.

Getsy was not the only one high on him. He was someone that had been talked about before that draft that was rising up many lists. Many expected him to be a late round draft pick. Pretty sure even one of the Packer guys on here said before the draft they were hoping the Pack would pick him up late
