No wonder Warren looked so pissed on Sunday night, he had to know all this was going to be coming out soon.

You have to clean house and start over, you have several coaches doing odd things at Halas Hall, how does George always get the HC/GM hires so wrong, the dude is a walking case study on how not to interview, screen, and hire job candidates.

You would think the rest of the coaching staff would have gotten the message after the DC was fired, so this must be an ongoing thing with this team.

Warren might be our only hope. He did look engaged and pissed Sunday night.

The Bears and NFL have been successful in limiting details on this so far, but having two coaches fired for what must be something beyond watching porn at work.

It seems odd they would fire two guys midseason, someone from upper management needs to step up to the podium and not trot poor Matt Eberflus out there for another pummeling from the media.

If this was Philly of NY the media would be all over this, but our local "Bears media", are a sleepy bunch of useful idiots that will defend George, no matter how silly they sound to anyone with a brain.

It's gonna be tough given he has to clear everything through the George, but so far you have two members of your coaching staff fired for inappropriate behavior, you cannot fire George, so you have to fire the GM/HC that are in charge of this mess.

The only question is how long do you wait before you start launching guys, Raiders just cleaned house, you need to get moving on your plan for the next GM/HC sooner than later.

Just read that he was fired after repeated warnings from HR, this gets back to the lack of accountability culture at Halas Hall, you need a red ass alpha male leader type, not another nice guy that George feels safe with like Trestman, Fox, Nagy or Eberflus, George hires the exact same guy over and over.

Pittsburgh is already tired of Pickens. Jalen wouldn't be playing with elite talent around him in Chicago, and he would be asked to play more than 30% of the defensive plays. He rarely plays and he's already injured. Also, Wright has been good.

I missed this thread and posted in the Fire Poles thread and agree wholeheartedly. This whole thing needs to be burned to the ground. Between the coaches, the trades using high draft picks with nothing really coming back in return (recent acquisition is most likely leaving), it's a shit show.

Compare the stadiums that each got built. Who did better? I believe the economics of one are the worst in the NFL.
