For the first half that's a great question. For the second half, the Bears chose the ball so Cleveland chose which endzone to defend. I didn't know any southern states like Carolina had legal marijuana yet. Last time I ventured off the AT into western NC counties they couldn't even sell whiskey. Maybe Wisconsin finally joined the early-mid 21st century and legalized weed. Fuck, even Biden's pardoning weed possession at this point.
