they have been a nonstop topic of interest for basically 1.5 years and will continue to be for at least another 10 months

It almost feels like a college town and I love it.

This. They suck and people are still obsessed. At least the offseason stuff is more interesting than spending an entire week previewing and then dissecting a single three hour football game.
