I think that's an apt analogy during Christmas time. That would make Bears fans the baby Jesus. Poor boy without the gifts to offer that the elite guys in the draft had. But he had a great skill that he gave all of us.

It was more about the analogy than the words.I put together the lyrics on the fly. I know they suck. I tried my best for you, pa rum pum pum pum. :(

Seriously, I think this could be something that goes viral on youtube. Doug and Frank, you guys are struggling musisians. Put something together. Mac will play it on the air. Youtube people will find it. You're name will get out there and you'll become famous.

I'm thinking the slide show version of this "Devin Drummer Boy" song could be Devin looking all sad at the scouting combine when he's around all of the great athletes with better gifts. Maybe the "new born king" Devin is trying to impress is not Bears fans but the NFL itself.

This could be fun. Everybody can chip in if they want. Here, give it a listen and see what you come up with.
