So if the Eagles lose then the Bears get the bye or the Bears have to win vs. the Packers next week to get the bye if the Eagles win both of their final games.

Well, the Eagles don't exactly have a hard two games coming up, hosting the Vikings on Tuesday and the Cowboys on Sunday. True it's going to be a real short week, but neither team has much to play for.

Meanwhile the Bears get to go to a desperate Packers team that's fighting the Giants and Bucs for the last playoff spot. Should be an interesting Sunday next week.

Unfortunately I believe the Eagles will win their final 2 games, while the Pack will win sunday against the beloved.

This will probably mean the Bears will face the Pack a third time (and second week in a row) two weeks from now.

Unless Favre is all of a sudden better. Now would the Vikings try to do that twice?

Bears/Packers and Eagles/Cowboys have both been moved from noon starts to 3:15

Seahawks/Rams have been moved to the Sunday night game as that game is for the NFC west title.

Wait...what?

I was joking with some friends while watching the Bears game that they should flex the Rams game to Sunday Night...we all started laughing at the thought...

...fucking awesome.

At least I won't have to hear Joe Buck and Troy Aikman next week.

Actually I can tolerate Joe Buck on football. Maybe it's not him being better at football but the difference between Troy Aikman and Tim McCarver. My 2 month old twin cousins would be a better team than mcCarver and Buck.

I'm willing to believe that two month olds are more insightful than Tim McCarver, but not two month olds at that close degree of consanguinity to you.
