Saints outside of a dome and in January every time.

Every NFC playoff team outside of the Seahawks can beat every other team but I like the Saints matchup. They prefer the deep pass to the slants/screens. I think the Bears defend the deep stuff better. The Saints also are not very good at running the ball.

I agree, would like aninjury report on Colston as well. H didnt play in week 17 and it was not a small ding. He was talking about surgery on the knee.

Any team that can't neutralize Hester. The Bears are a very different team when he isn't taking kicks to the house or getting them insanely good field position all day.

I don't think that's necessarily the case. As the Packers showed you on Sunday, most teams know to look for Tim Jennings and/or DJ Moore and exploit their matchups accordingly. I don't trust the Bears secondary in coverage, the only thing I'd say works out well with the deep stuff is that the d-line has that much more time to get pressure on the QB.

Regardless, I think everyone's in agreement that a Green Bay victory would be a good thing, eh?

I'd rather play the Eagles. I have memories of Vick quitting in cold weather both for Atlanta and the game this year at Soldier Field. The turf will also be dogging him all game.

The Saints are going to be a really tough out for anyone.

The Eagles are going in on a two game slide to bad/mediocre teams....kinda worried. I don't think they're going to fare well against the Pack unless they strike early and often and then get a ground game going with McCoy.

If I'm head coach Sean Payton, quarterback Drew Brees and the Super Bowl Champion Saints, I've got a real problem with having to go out to Seattle to face the NFC West "Champion" Seahawks Saturday afternoon. For some weird reason, I have this feeling that the Seahawks, they of the 7-9 record, might very well be the Bears' opponent come January 16th at Soldier Field.

at the same time, i also have a memory of vick leading the falcons into lambeau field where BRETT FAVRE AND THE PACKERS JUST DON'T LOSE IN THE COLD and handing them something like their first ever home playoff loss when it's below 30 or something goofy like that.

not to mention, the eagles managed to come back against the bears. if they get that onside kick with ~1:40 left in the game i'm pretty sure they had the momentum to march down the field and turn a celebrated victory into a facepalm-inducing loss.

short of the seahawks, i'd have a "meh" feeling heading into any playoff game. i fear the giant head of dennis green rising on the horizon...

true, I definitely can't deny that. At the same time, it sure seemed like the Bears were able to get way more pressure on double-A-rod than they did in the first game. Facing the Packers for a third time wouldn't be a reality unless they meet in the NFC Championship Game...In my opinion, as bad as the Seahawks and their record appears, I wouldn't mind one bit if the Bears end up rematching those guys from Seattle come January 16th.
