The only time in recent memory I wasn't at a Super Bowl party was for Bears-Colts.

That was the last time I was at a large SB party. The only highlight was the Hester return, everything else made me want to jump off a bridge.

We run squares and whatnot at the SB party I go to, so even if the game isn't the most desireable, there's a reason to watch.

If I truly care about the game I can not watch it with a group of people. I can watch it with a select few that I know are focused solely on the game.

I really don't think I would. I usually work the day afterwards, but not this year. So if the Beloved play it will be a giant, drunken party. If not, honestly I'd probably take my girlfriend downtown or something for the night. I hate the other 3 remaining teams so not only would I be sad that the Bears weren't playing, I would not have one hint a vested interest in seeing the Jets, Steelers, or Assholes win.

I watched Bears-Colts at home, alone, in the dark, with the flu...it was ok. I prefer a group though.

I have done it both ways,I concentrate better with no one else around. With the Bears in it,I need to be very attentive. I also swear and use my angry voice a lot. It scares small dogs and children.

If it is packers vs. steelers I will watch and root for the big ass TV to fall and kill most of the packers, Rapelisberger and Harrison and Fergie the methed-up tranny.

Not only will I watch, I'll probably watch a replay on the NFL Network. It's football.

Pitchers and catchers reporting? Spring training is worse for cliches and fluff pieces than pre season. Some veteran will come in in the best shape of his life. An injured player will be ahead of schedule. Blah, blah, blah. It's a long season. I'll catch up on everything in April...and I love baseball.

I can honestly say I will not watch the Super Bowl this year.

I don't really like gatherings in general. I avoid them.

No, Jim Cornelison lost this game for the Bears, he didn't intimidate the Packers like he did the Seahawks...

I saw about half of that trainwreck of a halftime show, and the final 3 plays of the game. That was it.

Fuck the Packers, lets get to baseball season.
