The NFL is still monitoring the field and it is still there!

I thought the park district said its fine and go fuck yourself nfl. At least they could use the same color paint for the endzone grass that they use for the rest of the field.

The NFL has determined that the noise is not an issue at this time.

Was drinking with my guy from the Park District and he told me when they actually got a call from the guys at the NFL, they baically told them to fuckoff. lol

The NFL guys wanted to tour the field and the Park District Guys said they would have a guy let them in. lol

You dont mess with the guys at the Park District. It's City employees on steroids. Triple insulated and they make money for the city.

Wasn't there a story last week about how the Chicago Park District offered to install field turf but the Bears declined the offer claiming that there are more injuries on field turf?

STELLA: Hey... We saw you on "The Tonight Show" last week!

LEO: I thought Johnny was very rude to you. He didn't even let you talk.

JERRY: No, no.

LEO: You need some new material. I've heard you do that dog routine three times already.

LEO: Listen, you should get your cousin Jeffrey to write some material for you.

MORTY: What are you talking? Jeffrey works for the parks department!

LEO: You should read the letters he's written. He's funnier than the whole bunch of you!

Scorehead, you are correct. The Bears have done studies on this subject for a long time, and they still believe there's a bigger risk getting injured on turf than on grass. Also, keep in mind that the stuffed shirts at FIFA continue to schedule international soccer matches during the offseason and they prefer grass. You would think FIFA would start scheduling soccer matches at the smaller TOYOTA Park down the road in Bridgeview, but that's neither here nor there...
