after the bears win today ,i hope he has a better ( prepared ) phrase then last time they went to the super bowl in 2006 .......didnt he say something like : chicago ,hear me now and believe me later ..the bears are going to the super bowl!!!

FADE TO BLACK.......... is his new big catchphrase. Don't forget that he coined the term "Windy City Flier" for Devin Hester and that stuck for all of.... 2006? By early-mid 2007 it was long gone. Short of the (waits for Thayer to join in) BADOUSH!!!!@#$!$ he doesn't have any other catchphrases, so fully knowing that victory soundbites are going to get airplay all over the nation, he has to have some sort of memorable call, and thus we get FADE TO BLACK.......

Say what you will about FADE TO BLACK....... but we DO remember it, one way or another.

I've disliked the guy from day 1. For some reason, the Bears think it's O.K. for their Coaches, G.M.'s and broadcasters to have absolutely no experience. This isn't Peoria.....it's Chicago for God's sake.

I will edit this post accordingly if they win the Super Bowl. But Joniak will still suck regardless.
