He also kept C.Barth over Lambo when he was available. Can't wait to see who he overdrafts in the draft.

Hub is reporting Pace will draft Zion Williamson to pair with Shaheen.

He's not.

On New Year's Day, Hub definitively stated that Dave Toub would be the next HC for the Colts.

Worse than that is he didn't sign Elliott or Butker, which would have been excellent rookie development kickers in a year that was going to be a rebuild. Both were available on opening day. Elliott probably would have paid to be a Bear as he is from the area.

Not sure there's such a thing as "development kickers," but signing shitty kickers and not signing good ones is a bad move.

I'm still curious how that happens. Just bad luck regarding sample size when all of them came in for a tryout? It seems like the easiest position by far to evaluate.

Did you watch any of the games last year? Kicker(s) were horrible! I am not saying he should be fired because of a kicker. Just pointing out another area that he failed in.

Any word on Kyle Fuller? If Pace fails to resign him, it could be the Alshon Jeffery, Robbie Gould screw up of 2018. Pace loves getting rid of players before he has a semi decent replacement ready to go.

If I'm not mistaken, I think the entire secondary is currently unsigned.

Eddie Jackson is back for sure. Amos has a year left. There's some assorted db scrubs like Cre'von LeBlanc who are under contract too.

Yeah, maybe it was just the cornerbacks (Prince/Fuller) I was thinking of.

Don't want Fuller back at the price he's likely going to receive.

Agreed..he had a decent year ( 1 out of 4) There has to be something there that I'm not seeing..Pretty much every QB this year went right at him the whole game..that ain't good.

I'm with Bob. Franchise him and let him prove it again. I imagine he blinks when he sees he must prove it and jumps at the opportunity to sign a reasonable longer term contract.

If the Bears didn't completely have their head in their ass, they should be looking at Cousins.

Instead, they will foolishly keep believing (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky is the one, when he ain't. And more years will be lost.

I'm damn sure the Bears would win with Cousins.

This has not been established yet with (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky, and it's unclear if it ever will be.

Heck, if they’re going that route, I think Brees is available — and I assume Pace likes him.

I'm not a believer in Mitch, Take Josh Allen in the 2nd round and get a competition going.

Josh Allen isn't even going to make it to pick #8 of the first round

All for it, but he looks like a top 10 pick.

This is a quarterback.

(Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky may suck but none of the quarterbacks this year have a better chance of being better.
