I was talking with my dad yesterday and the topic of comedians came up. He said he thought Sarah Silverman was pretty good so I had to lay down some thoughts on female comedians and their insistence to work sex or menstruation into their acts. He said he wasn't big on crudeness which led to a never before told to me brush with fame: My dad worked at Tam O'Shanter back when it was an 18 hole club. One day after work he was hitchhiking to get to bus stop. A guy who had been playing at the club pulled up and told him to get in. That guy turned was none other than Buddy Hackett. He told my dad he was at the club golfing and playing high stakes poker. No molestation took place. |
