i seem to remember a time when Stern came onto the scene on WLUP that he and Matthews had an interaction. Stern didn’t know Matthews schtick and put Kev on the spot asking about what voices he did and Kevin broke out the Jim Shorts character for a couple minutes and Howard was like “What the fuck was that, that’s it, what is that supposed to be?” and it was really awkward and funny, Matthews was caught off-guard and didn’t know what to say.

One lesson I learned from listening to KevHead back in the day was that when you are invited to someone else’s house and need to pee l, pee around the water in the bowl so not to make a peeing noise.

Btw - I thought Jim Shorts was a real person until Kev revealed he was not well into the latter years of the show. :lol:

yes but some people have a strong stream that still will make noise thru a closed door.

It was great advice from KevHead from the late 80s that I still utilize today.
