Juwan Howard has always seemed like a good guy to me. I have a friend who used to play pick up ball at the same courts as Kendall Gill and claims he's an a**hole. He never really supplied any evidence to support this view, though, except to say that Gill wouldn't let him play in his group. I think that's just because my friend isn't as good at hoops as he claims he is. I always get a kick out of bringing Gill's name up when I talk to this guy, though, because it almost always induces a profanity-laced tirade. Good stuff.

Nas or anyone else, how about this pickup game with Ben Wilson and Everette Stephens. Anyone know who?

Stephens was from Evanston. Took the Wildkits to the State tourney in the early 80s. Played for Purdue. Drafted in the 2nd round by the Nets. A contemporary of Wilson.
