People always think Kenny and Krause got bumped up as a reward? They got bumped up to a position of less interaction with others (investors mainly, but other GM's, agents, reporters, etc)

In each case, including Pax, not one got more money for an alleged promotion. So are they really promotions?

The biggest issue Jerry R has with running these teams is the investors, friends, families, etc. Constant requests, phone calls, complaints, favors, tickets, etc...on an ongoing basis. While he is never going to get rid of a GM because of investor complaints, he will give them a new position, so someone else can maybe resolve those issues better.

Even the media is just not as big of a pain in the ass, they mostly kiss his ass and if they dont he will ban them! lol
