Sitting at the corner/window table near the restrooms in the Corner Bakery at Lake/LaSalle. I was heading for the restroom and he looked up at as if I was about to approach him, which made me think of a scene in a movie where the mobster/don is about to be gunned down. He looked to be sitting with two of his aides and a couple of security dopes were two tables away.

He made eye contact and smiled at me as I left the restroom. If it had been Big Jim Thompson I would have been a little creeped out by that.

He is from that area and went to a local private school in Oak Park that's name will not be sullied by mentioning Quinn with it.

The balls on this guy: I just received a fundraising solicitation for a birthday reception/holiday party for him. They could hold that thing in my basement with the number of people they will get to it. He was despised by the party, lucked into governor and now he thinks those people who tolerated him while he held the position were actually friends. Good luck with that one.
