Ferguson, sure, but you can keep Ricky. He's pretty good on the Golden Globes, but I tend to agree when it comes to his stand up material. It seems more mean spirited than clever. Maybe I’m just an asshole, but I like it. I think there’s a place for that type of comedy as well. I’m starting to worry KD is a Hannah Gadsby fan. |

I think I’ve seen the entire spectrum of social media idiocy play out on peoples FB walls “weighing in” on this incident like it’s the Kennedy assassination. And each one thinks they’re Edward R. Murrow. |

He’s funny on Life’s Too Short though. |

Speaking of British accents though, I’d take Sacha Baron Cohen hosting any time, not that I think any big Hollywood show would risk it. |

The slap really overshadows the incoherence of his speech: he needs to protect his movie family because he played Richard. He needs to protect the Williamses even though they have Richard because he was in a movie where he played Richard. He also needs to protect his own family. That Scientology makes people into megalomaniacs, like when Cruise thinks he knows everything about psychology. That front row was packed with scientologists. |

WILL SMITH: OPEN SEASON. THE OL HOUND IS BACK ON THE PROWL AND THIS TIME HE'S FLIRTING WITH BILLIONS.... GET IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111 i would watch the fuck out of that. jada's adventures in existential pussy-having-dom? not so much. |

I find it interesting that both Shannon Sharpe and Bomani Jones agree that Smith was vehemently in the wrong. I didn't think those two would agree on much of anything. |

Now the Academy is leaking to the press that, actually, yes we did ask Will to leave the ceremony after the slap, but he refused to do so, and so instead of having security remove him we let him walk back up on stage and accept his award like normal? |
