They opened up a Popeye's down here across the street from a Bojangles. I used to get Popeye's about every other month when I lived in Illinois so I thought I would try their chicken sandwich again, I had tried it when my dad was sick last year and I was up in Chicago for a while. That was not good. I mean, it was better than KFC. But even the biscuit I ordered was worse than McDonald's. Bojangles opened up in the plaza at I-39 and I-55 in Normal. If you are passing that way, it is a far better option. |

The only fast food I've eaten the last couple of years regularly is Freddy's grilled chicken sandwich (300 calories, 520mg sodium). Extra tomato, and lettuce, no condiment. Then I generously add on Heinz low sodium ketchup. Delicious! |

Waited almost 20 minutes only to have the cod taste like rubber and be flavorless. The view of the lake was the only nice part of it. |
