That story isn't believable for a lot of reasons but one stands out. In that case, the best course of action would have been to follow the car and call the police to report the crime. This would have given him real consequences rather than simply having the fear of Allah put into him by a guy who is proud of being in Iowa(or Illinois, I don't really know where the Quad Cities are). It also would have been verifiable in the police report and may even have been a story that would have made the newspaper.

Instead, he called police after the fact supposedly and didn't stick around to see what would happen.

I'm sure they'd get him on reckless driving at a minimum.

In college, I actually saw a guy get pulled over for that exact thing(minus the racism). That guy is lucky the cops got him before I could because he wouldn't have wanted anything to do with an 170 pound freshman without a barrel chest.
