There's a woman sitting across from me at Starbucks right now. She is dressed poorly - sweats, sandals, and a ratty shirt.

Somehow, it hasn't affected me whatsoever, and even though I have now noticed, there have been no changes to my life. In fact, I probably won't even notice her again.

I'm all for getting pissed about obnoxious behavior, but I try to keep it to things that actually affect me, not some imagined dress code. Get back to me when these sandal wearers are yelling, holding up a line, or doing something that actually affects others.
