How is a deal like Trout or Harper got a life time paying for past performance contract? It is not like they are over 30 and their best years are behind them.

I like the Harper deal, I've said I'd be all over it for the Cubs.

I like the Machado deal too.. I wanted the Cubs to get him and move Bryant to the outfield.
