He's an awful umpire so he has no case. He can however sue MLB for being ableist and not letting him, as a blind man, umpire a World Series game.

He rivals Joe West as baseball's worst.

I hope MLB fights this as the trial would be fantastic, just an hour long presentation of blown calls by Hernandez. :lol:
