Or however it's spelled. So if I'm hearing these radio spots right, if you've bought a home from her, ou've paid full asking price or more. Wouldn't you want to walk away from a home she's listing knowing that you're paying too much and the seller isn't motivated to negotiate? |

I find it easier to accept that most real estate brokers would be Bernie Madoff if given the opportunity, rather than singling out anything one of them |

She probably lists her homes below market value to drum up interest. Not difficult to get full ask when you list at a 10% discount. |

According to Goff’s ads, “you agree on a price, and if it doesn’t sell, she’ll rent it or buy it for cash.” No way does she do that unless the price you’ve agreed to is lowball. |
