At least three "thank you" threads within a two hour window or so. Shut up and move on, or at least read the board before duplicating sappy threads.

Seems to be an uncalled for attack on a fellow board member.

Not an attack

The Cubs are going to be like the 85 Bears. You're going to expect more championships, have a few decent regular seasons, but ultimately championship wise, you're one and done.

WTF does him being muslim have to do with anything? Giving the real caller bob a bad name.

Listen, I was rooting for the Cubs, but why would anyone thank a team that just got steamrolled out of the playoffs? This was literally like when Wile E. Coyote gets crushed under a steamroller operated by the Roadrunner. Or when he falls thousands of feet from a cliff.

If Joe Girardi does not win the World Series this year, I will not thank him, I will be issuing a public plea for his immediate termination.

What is wrong with volume? That's all I'm saying. In an act of Jihad, there is no stigma over 72 virgins..so what's wrong with multiple threads on the Cubs?

I won't believe it until I see Maddon throw his gum at somebody. Until then I choose to keep hope alive.

No idea either.

IDK about that. Cubs seem set up long-term. Plus football is inherently unpredictable due to all the injuries and the parity. They got their ass kicked this year so I'm sure they'll do all they can to prevent that next year.
