It takes a special type of pathetic to buy 50,000+ twitter followers to give a false sense of self importance

https://twitter.com/MariottiSports

When I got blocked earlier this year, he had only 5,000. Since then he has added 50,000 followers since buying fake followers. Just look at how low his engagement is on any of his posts, maybe 1 or 2 likes since all of his followers don't exist.

He and DiCaro should pool their money and see if they can really boost those followers.

The DH reported that he is writing an un authorized biography of Reinsdorf.

That’s like you writing one about Rozner

Who would be entertained by the story of a guy who got rich taking advantage of tax laws and a sports explosion he was merely along for the ride with?

It depends on how you define rich. He became a multi-millionaire (back in the 70s when that was still considered rich) through real estate. He became a billionaire through sports investments.

Yeah Jay was flat out mean to Jerry and Ozzy. Rozner accused me of being related to Lovie Smith because I thought Lovie was a good head coach. We have seen the shit that has followed Lovie. But in fairness, Lovie has been unable to replicate any success subsequent.

I would find it very interesting, and I'm actually quite surprised you wouldn't. How did Reinsdorf become such a power behind the throne in baseball? How was he able to tell the DC government "we think you should split the funding three-thirds, no-thirds" on Nats Park? Or the time he almost bought the Coyotes by drawing up a TIF district that would funnel the money directly to him to pay for it? Basically, how has this man not been told to go fuck himself more, or more effectively, than he has been?

I wouldn’t buy it but would probably read a few Amazon reviews and/or the wiki summary.

The article references Reinsdorf’s law school friendship with Jim Thompson as the reason for new Comiskey getting funded the way it did.
