My guess is she doesn't take well to be people telling her no. Nas blames it on the airline, not her. The first thing he did in this thread was agree about that. The expectation is not on UA to enforce basic common sense and decency on people, she should've known better and blaming the airline is stupid. An aside, I am not looking forward to returning to Chicago and once again experiencing this type of behavior on a daily basis. |

Where is the cutoff for clout with an Airline? I sit on the board of a Fastpitch softball league. This is an impressive end around of the ol racist claim though. I got preferential treatment and you have a problem with it because I'm black....is a new one to me. I don't fly other than for vacations. There's a lot of weirdness in the airline industry. |
