When politicians work to fix Social Security, they have to keep adults happy. They can rob our kids' future without losing a vote.

This whole movement is rearing its head because some kids who got shot at are espousing the liberal talking points on guns. I don't think physical maturity has anything to do with consent. We have a culture that sexualizes children well before the age of 17. You can thank advertising for that. My point was simply how ridiculous it is to even consider giving 16 year olds the right to vote when we treat them like helpless babies in so many other instances.

If this is the basis for granting voting rights we are dangerously close to stripping women of the vote.
