I don't know about that.

Now would be a good time to point out you don't think Scottie Pippen was a great player.

Scottie was a great complementary player. It's absurd to say he was one of the 50 best of all time.

So Jordan won 6 titles and the only All-Star he ever played with was a great complementary player. I can't come up with a better "Jordan is the GOAT" argument then that.

Isn’t your argument that it’s silly to identify one person as the greatest of all time?

Wouldn’t it be even more ridiculous to define a top 50 with absolute certainty?

That's just for Starters

If we add up points yielded from both their assist and scoring, LeBron (and Magic) are more productive than Jordan. So that takes care of the scoring title argument. I'm certain you wouldn't argue that George Gervin was better than LeBron.

Oh... that just simply takes care of the scoring title argument.

He played with plenty of All-Stars. Rodman was also a great complementary player. Most good players want to be "The Man." They aren't willing to subjugate themselves to the ego of a Jordan.

I can't say who the top 50 are with certainty. I just know it's obvious Scottie Pippen isn't one of them.

Pippin might be one of the best defensive players of all time and he was a pretty damn good offensive player.

Scottie was a top 2 MVP candidate without Jordan. Who likely takes the Bulls to the Finals without a shit call. Sure, the Rockets would have swept them.

I guess he means during the same season. I'm not sure how many Bulls he wanted to be on the All-Star team.

Scottie is the only one who made the All-Star team playing with Jordan.

Well, LeBron seemingly loves playing with All-Stars then.

Lebron has never played in an all star game where he wasn’t selected by an arbitrary fan vote.

Budha Edwards at age 40
Jon Salley in his last year before retirement
Robert Parrish at age 43
Artis Gilmore at age 38
George Gervin during his final season
Charles Oakley made one AS game as a Knick, as did Bill Cartwright in his rookie year
BJ Armstrong and Horace Grant made one AS game when Jordan was playing baseball
Dennis Rodman made two AS games 5 years before joining the Bulls

Rip Hamilton, Christian Laettner, and Jerry Stackhouse played "with" MJ on the Wizards

Oh, and Toni Kukoc had Yugoslav and Italian All Star type games too, so we better count him as well!

No what YOU offered up as evidence were his stats on a 13th place team in the conference.

So you think all the voters just arbitrarily decided LeBron stopped playing defense around 2014? It's ok to just admit you have no counterargument to the points I've made regarding what differentiated Jordan from LeBron.

Jordan was better at scoring and defense than Lebron James. It is sort of tough to make the argument that Lebron was better. And truth be told Lebron James was not a better player than Tim Duncan either. Duncan over Lebron any day of the week!

Tbh Jordan could unretire today and average 22/8/8 and best Giannis/KD/Curry in a playoff series. He'd also bat at least .230 over the course of 80 minor league games if the manager was smart enough to give him some at bats.
