I love the food there. It's not authentic but neither is Taco Bell and I love them both.

But, why would you offer Ghost Pepper Wings and then do commercials that state "well, they really aren't that hot"?

Pick a lane. Commit or just get rid of them.

It's real and the recipe was stolen from a guy who made arguably the best chicken in New Orleans, ultimately making only fried chicken at Jaques-Imo's for a few years.

Alright. Maybe "authentic" wasn't the correct term.

But if I was looking for a good Southern-style Cajun meal (and I always am), it would not be my first choice.

But it is pretty good and convenient. I just didn't understand why they promote crazy hot wings and put out commercials telling people to relax, it's not that hot.

Until this thread I really hadn’t paid attention to the actual content of the commercials. I have to say the Doc is right. The term Ghost Pepper attracts interest from heat lovers and should be reserved for food that meets that threshold. Flavorful, I’m afraid, just doesn’t cut it.
