Guy who tried to extort money died today.

But they never solved the case or arrested anyone.

But the murders did stop.

I think law enforcement makes deals w these serial killers privately to make them stop. Then when they finally know who it is there is no public trial just street justice. Only my theory.

Still sucks they never solved the case.

i saw on tv a guy on the south side of chicago died because his ex gf went up to a stranger and asked if he would shoot her ex for $500 and he said yes, then had help from his friend so they split the money and shot the dude in the back. the cops had no leads but just asked a few people in the area if they saw anything and one of the dudes was the guy, and he just admitted to it right there and they both went to jail for murder. they also ratter the girl out and she went to jail too.
