I'll park this observation here. This is post 1,894 for me. It's taken me 5+ years to get here. The Good Doctor signed up on October 1st. At his current pace, he'll be well past me by Christmas.

remember 6 mo ago Dr Ken was going to pull the plug on this thing.

I think he must have had a conversation about fashion with someone and after he expressed his opions the other party or parties literally laughed in his face with something like 'YOU DON'T KNOW SHIT ABOUT FASHION' followed by howling laughter or a group laugh.

To make up for it and feel better about himself he created his moniker.

that's my theory of the name derivation.
