We've been cutting out cereal. It's about $6-8 a box and not much nutritional value.

I can honestly say, I have never eaten cereal and thought about the nutritional value.

You are usually eating a lot of sugar and as previously mentioned you are hungry in about a half hour. You are better off with a smoothie bowl or oats. I think frittatas are the way to go. Either baked in muffin tins or a larger one every 4ish days or so. Throw some veggies and top with some like a caponata or salsa sc and avocado and you won't be starving mid morning.

Either talk about Fruit Loops or shut the fuck up.

Not a huge fan of Froot Loops. Fruity Pebbles, Cocoa Pebbles, and Strawberry Frosted Flakes.

I like most Cheerios and Honey Bunches of Oats. I was a Cap'n Crunch and Frosted Flakes guy for most of my life. I definitely eaten cereal for dinner as an adult. I still won't buy knock off cereal.
