That said, yes survive and advance.

I'm about to start a petition to change the name of January to Suck. February can bite my ass, so that can now be called Ass Biter. March can subsequently be called Slightly Less Suck and Ass Biting.

How do we get this ball rolling? Anyone have any pull in the "Month Naming" business?

Meteorologists don't use the solstice/equinox schedule for the seasons. December 1 is the start of meteorological winter.

It gets really bad from here. The only thing we get is Valentine's Day and no guy likes Valentine's Day.

Don't worry, Rick. I'm sure the voters of New Hampshire will bring you plenty to cheer about for the next week. According to fivethirtyeight.com, Bernie Sanders has a 99% chance of winning the primary tomorrow.

Another reason to get excited for March. Bernie can go back to his commune after Hillary finally ends him.

I guess I can't complain too much. Jan and Feb is when I get the most hours outside of July and August.
But fuck you cold. Go home.

Between this post and the basketball hoop one, I'm not convinced that you're aware it's February.

We've had like 6 days of extreme cold this year. The last two years it seemed like the high temperature was in the teens for about 45 straight days. This week will not be much fun, but overall its been a pretty mild winter that we cannot complain much about.

We did not see much sun, but we also hardly saw any snow and I golfed in short sleeves in January. Bring on February! Spring is just around the corner!

January was the Hillary Clinton of winter . Had all the advantages , hype , and support of December and February and still lost the season. Thought it would cakewalk on name alone and didn't tend to the individual days . Pretender to the throne . Gtfo.
