I'd also like to lump in any/everyone who constantly gets run over by Metra's Northwest Line. Stay off the goddamn tracks, and you won't die. You also won't have to mobilize first responders, make trains late, generally fuck up everything for several hours because you're too stupid to stay off of railroad tracks.
