His faux outrage of Lynch's comments yesterday. Who the fuck cares if he doesn't want to talk to the media? He doesn't owe you a damn thing Hub.


Hub, generally speaking, has annoyed me less, but his comments yesterday were just absurd.

He always makes the same complaints about Lynch. He called a sideshow or distraction or something to that effect last week. Yes, Marshawn Lynch is a terrible distraction to his team. That's why they performed so poorly last year in the Super Bowl. That and all that terrible Richard Sherman off-the-field stuff.

They don't want to pay the fine. He is perfectly willing obviously to pay the fine so what's the big deal.

I know it is overused, but he truly is another spoiled, entitled athlete. I wish the hardest part of my life was answering a question about how awesome my last game was.

He has paid the fine at times though. I don't think that he is a victim either. As long he is willing to adhere to pay the fine its cool. If he chooses to skate the policy by providing one word answers cool. I have always had a problem with media types that characterize guys based upon their willingness or unwillingness to talk with them. Their are a number of them that have put out stuff on athletes based upon their professional relationship and perception.

Why? It's part of his job. This is all part of the CBA.
He is being a jerk about it and being intentionally adversarial. He can be judged on that just like we can judge Tom Brady and Philip Rivers on how they act in public.

It's silly that it's part of the CBA and that these guys are forced to talk. Plenty of guys who relish the chance to get in front of the media. He's not one. Shouldn't be a big deal.
