in 2nd grade we used to sit under the tire steps and watch the girls walk up them. we were so brazen about it.. we didnt try to hide it and the girls were too dumb to understand what we were doing. then one day one of the recess ladies saw us, smiled and said 'you guys cant do that' and we stopped. there were no parents involved, no principles or lawyers. and we knew exactly what we were doing.

I am just guessing and dont know, that the perve in this case would rather not have his name out there , would be willing to pay a hefty fine and then spend some time in a work camp. Daily relase for pothole filling, cleaning, etc for the state...whatever you want...

The point being, why not literally give someone the option of REALLY PAYING their DEBT to society! Granted, the guy still gets this crime on his record, not allowed a second chance, etc.

So in this case we spent public time and money for nothing. The public gets nothing, this guys life is probably ruined (Assuming he had a life) and the whole thing produces nothing.

LAWS, of course I have a feeling life wont be so great for him. I would have a web page stating exactly what he did, pictures of him, have people outside his house, on public property. Should easily be able to assemble to a mom mini van army on this one. shame the guy into moving into a trailer in east texas.
