Its such a obscure pic for a twitter account that the President uses for official announcements on the issue of sexual misconduct in colleges. That there is ZERO acknowledgement as to the content of the pic, just doesnt say much.

I would say 50% of the people that would see this pic would think of the joke of Weiners and Nuts.

I am right because I saw tons of people making jokes on twitter about the Weinermobile and a Pole in penn St.

'Not the first time this was an issue there'

and 100's more.

Of course this poor imiage wouldnt be out there if the official penn st twitter account would reconginize how people view them and time is the only thing that will let that pass.

You dont see the Cub Scouts or Catholic Church sending out little boy picture with comments that in anyway could be found to be an issue.
