Forget the legal shit on this one, what a fucking asshole and I happy Sharpe called it out as an issue.

Zawatski, Hub, Mully - all jumping off the Bernstein wagon. 'What he says is bus business' of course this started when Mulligan let him come on and talk about his "sources" as Mulligan didnt want to go into the realm of guessing then claiming he gets it as 'inside info'

In case you missed it, Sharpe is talking legal action and its really aimed at SportsMockery, for writing an article, but AS FIRST REPORTED HERE, The Blackhawks are fully aware of the crap Danny has been pushing. Once again, I dont know what EXACTLY DAN SAID, and I am sure it was all Dan's innuendo filled statements, so most likely no legal action will result iin anything.

Now, will Legal action against Bernstein and CBS gain listeners, probably, but I am guessing its the last thing Danny wants. Questions regarding him maybe having an affair? (Even though we all know that would never even come close to happening) Its why North never sued anyone, just talked about it. That DISCOVERY is a bitch, can and does ruin lives.

He's "considering" legal action. Going to be an uphill battle for him, anyway. Tough kind of case to win.

I don't think this will affect Dan at all. As we've established as of late, all he does is win, no matter what, and when he steps into the building, his hands attached to disproportionately long arms go up

If the Score made Dan be nicer to callers as you have alleged, then they certainly would have stepped into this early last week if they had an issue with it.

"Considering legal action" is the same as saying "I have no interest and will not be filing a lawsuit."

If he does go forward with a lawsuit, then a few people will be in trouble...no reason as a high-profile individual to sue unless some of the rumors are false.

More of the focus will go to the website that wrote the article, but Dan should shoulder some of the blame for hinting at something. Maybe a suspension for Dan would work. I understand providing a hook to bring in listeners, but you have to follow through if you legitimately have something. Joe O and B&B are PTFB for me everytime; I actually enjoy listening to national sports radio more because I'm just of the negativity towards callers who bring up valid points and instead of admitting they were wrong, the hosts just shout them down or hang up on them. The cancelling of WYC this past Thursday was a perfect example of a host being thin-skinned and not able to back up the bullshit spewing from his mouth.
