The stomach flu is easily the worst thing ever. Hit the family hard one year, haven't had the same experience since.

Good luck Q. I got the flu Sunday, my Tuesday I had gone through an entire box of Kleenex at work and my nose was completely raw
from sneezing and blowing my nose. Yesterday I developed a bad cough which I am fighting now. Hoping it is gone for good in another
24-36 hours. I never get sick like this.

For some reason, laying on the bathroom floor is the only place that I feel semi-confortable when I have a stomach flu.

What's often called "stomach flu" is gastroenteritis, an infection of the stomach andintestines. The flu, or influenza, is different. It causes sore throats, runny noses, and general aches and pains

I haven't had the flu in a very long time, but the last time it hit me I was rockin a 103 degree fever for a day, 101 for a day on either side of that, shitting and honking constantly, and sweating like good dolphin at his 5th bar exam attempt. It was miserable.
No I won't do flu shots.

It can be, but back when I took sanitation classes for when I worked in the pizza shop, I was told something like 80% of 'stomach bugs' are caused by food poisoning.

I have never gotten a flu shot, but after being knocked on my ass for the better part of a week in November with a fever that peaked at over 103, I will probably get one next year.
