Dumb question after dumb question. Webinars are bad enough, without being dragged to a halt by idiots.

After 20 minutes some guy says he hasn't even figured out how to log in.

i'm sorry to hear all your team members are having trouble syncing up. you should have probably scheduled a pre-webinar meeting to get aligned. i think once the webinar is over you should touch base with the participants and send a review e-mail. ask for suggestions/feedback.

Everyday my trading group has a live session at 6 AM and 6 PM....it is an International group, new people always joining as he gives 5 days for free....ALWAYS...ALWAYS....someone typing "I CANT HEAR ANYTHING"...which is usually because nobody is talking....the guy who runs the site is amazingly patient, he needs to deal with idiots all over the world daily texting him,...we use telegram...I get to see all the complaints all day and night....I have to MUTE it for 8 hours when I sleep
