FSU would maybe sit him a game if he was the starter and Seminole nation would say he is justified in hitting her. Since he is a backup he will be gone.

next, she did throw a full out punch at him first. I know, you arent suppossed to hit a woman, but all weekend I was thrown into the media circle about equality of woman athletes.

It looked like a decent punch. The girl who spars with me, if she threw a punch, I know it would hurt. Plus, while his punch was solid...she did look like she took it pretty good....

He is off the team...simple...thats not even up for debate....but legally speaking...could he say he was defending himself?

Kudos to the Bartenders not having a clue of what happened and then her girlfriend, carrying her pony tail....nice work...really saved he day!!!

Ethics v Law will come into play here.
