If this is a Park District issue, it makes the Bears even look worse that they rent the damn place and still cant get straight lines!!

the ISFA has 2 projects under its belt. US cell and this abomination of a football stadium and both deals are so strewn with kickbacks, sidedeals and modifications, that nothing comes back to the state...which is the primary function of the organization.
