T-bone, go see my buddy Ike Reilly tonight at Shank Hall. He's touring with Johnny Hickman from Cracker. Should be pretty cool.

I don't doubt it but I can't go tonight. Never seen a show at Shank Hall either.

It's tiny.

You going Friday?

I want to but we have a Plaid Party to attend. I was thinking of sneaking up to Milwaukee tonight. Probably won't be able to do that either. Should be a fun show. Neal Cotts will probably be there again Friday.

What is a Plaid Party? Does everyone dress in plaid?

Yep, it's like an ugly sweater party.

I believe that they have played it on each occasion. Charity has a very unique voice and is quite quirky on stage. I am not sure if she is just really
into the music or what but she has some strange quirks and twitches up there. She's gained quite a bit of weight over the years and not sure if that
has affected her voice at all. The band has a few members on hiatus as well, but they have been able to patch the holes well. I feel they really
miss Josiah Johnson as the 2nd male vocal and one of the song writers. He has been recovering from drug addiction for a few years now. They have
become a bit more "poppy" than I care for, but still enjoy their live shows. They always go back to the well and play quite a few from their debut album.
If you ever get the chance to see them I would recommend it TM.

I went to the show. Got there probably about 4th song in.

They do the encore, which is about 5 songs, then the show ends, and realized that they didnt play the 2 recent hits.

Fuckin turns out they were the first 2 songs they played.

Oh well. Got a ticket for cheap from a couple walking into the theater. Literally the last people I was going to ask before turning around to go home. For the low price, it was worth it. But nothing spectacular really. They are mostly a folk band. Really if it werent for the 2 hits, they would be like any other indie folk band.

Anyway, youre right , Charity has gone from good hot-blonde pussy into a fat cow. Red hair, and red outfit. I didnt really notice the twitching, but when she's not playing violin, she's just kinda singing and cheerleading and doing some of the between song banter.

Saw Pop Evil the other night, with Don Jameison's comedy show opening. He was funny.

Pop Evil has definitely entered the good graces of legacy rock icons.

After the show, got handed free-ass Candlebox tix. But didn't go.
