I haven't been to a PJ show since 1995 Summerfest. Been working on a bucket list for myself and seeing them one more time live is on there.

Still plenty of tickets out there for Thursday's show on the secondary sites.

Timing is horrible for me right now and money is tight so hopefully it will work out another time.

I made the right choice to sacrifice sleep and attend last night's show as well. What a fun week. That band still kicks all sorts of ass.

How was the sound in the UC? The few concerts I've seen there sounded terrible from the noise reverberating. Not as bad as Wrigley with the speakers swaying in the wind, but close.

Still waiting for the stragglers to show up for the uber. You'll beat me there.

I heard Styx reunited with Dennis DeYoung recently. I'm surprised that didn't get more press.

Jesus. Killed a fifth of scotch between three people before the show, then countless beers, then dude was handing out mushroom capsules. Made it through half the show when my buddy started falling all over himself. Had to leave before things got rowdy. Made it home somehow. A+ show would recommend.

Some guy 15 feet to our right started vomiting all over himself 5 minutes before show started...thought it might have been you. Biggest cheers were when it got cleaned up right as the boys were coming out to play...

I just scored tickets to see Steve miller band at red rocks later this year. That should be pretty cool.

This show was last night. Amazing location. Steve Miller still has it. His voice hasn't lost much and his guitar work was spot on still. It was a shorter show than I'm used to I guess. My wife and I might have been the youngest people there.
The opener was a band called Dragon Deer and they were surprisingly good... folksy and funky. I'm gonna look into them more.
Ad for as Red Rocks goes... my god man if you find yourselves in the area see if you can score tickets for 0retty much whatever is playing. You'll probably love it

Saw Steve Miller a few years back. Was nostalgic and pretty good. I was surprised he seemed to use a keyboard player instead of a bass player.

He had both a keyboardist and a bassist last night. And yeah man nostalgic is probably the best way to describe it
