Yeah, "Fool in the Rain" is a favorite of mine, even if it's kinda gimmicky, and "Achilles Last Stand" might be the best Zeppelin song. I don't know enough about drumming to fill out a top five (I cannot play drums for shit. I tried once in band and everyone made fun of me, especially my director), but I'm inclined to put John Bonham and Jaki Liebezeit at the top. Stewart Copeland is pretty awesome too, not just as a musician but as a guy who could annoy the hell out of Mr. Tantric Sex every waking moment. |

For those unfamiliar with the Fool in the Rain origins of the phenomenal drumming on Rosanna: https://youtu.be/pwyO1qr0edI |

Oh, I love that kind of stuff. There's another video like that where Bernard Purdie breaks down the Purdie Shuffle. How do we feel about Phil Selway? I think he gets overlooked because of how often he's either looped or replaced with electronics on the albums, but he's a huge part of live Radiohead. I'm kind of obsessed with the drumming on "Morning Bell." It's in 5! "Go to Sleep" is alternating bars of 4/4 and 12/8. |

Could Ringo play Bleed? I think not. |
